Imagine Thomasville Welcomes Madison Delight with a Ribbon Cutting Celebration
THOMASVILLE, GA— Imagine Thomasville is thrilled to welcome Madison Delight, a locally owned food truck serving up fresh flavors and hometown hospitality, with an official ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating their grand opening.
Founded by Sean and Amanda Madison, Madison Delight brings a delicious mix of barbecue, seafood, and Southern favorites to the Thomasville community. After serving eight years in the Marine Corps and spending 15 years in the restaurant industry with LongHorn Steakhouse, Sean decided retirement wasn’t quite for him — and his longtime dream of owning a food truck became a reality.
“I’ve always enjoyed making people happy through good food and good conversation,” said owner Sean Madison. “After moving to Thomasville nearly ten years ago, my wife and I fell in love with the small-town charm and the amazing people here. Madison Delight is our way of giving back — bringing food and community together.”
Madison Delight’s menu features crowd favorites like BBQ pork and brisket, shrimp and fish plates, hearty half-pound burgers, and specialty dishes such as conch salad and pork and chicken souse — one of their biggest sellers. They’ve recently expanded their offerings to include fries and additional sides.
The Madisons are also committed to giving back to the community. This November, they’ll participate in the Thomasville Wildlife Arts Festival, donating 10% of profits from the event to support the organization’s mission.
“That’s what we love most about Thomasville,” Sean shared. “It’s a place where good people, great causes, and even better food can come together.”
With plans to expand into catering, local pop-ups, and potentially a restaurant down the road, Madison Delight is just getting started and already making an impression with their warm smiles and mouthwatering plates.
