Project Workforce: Building a united path from cradle to career in Thomasville-Thomas County.

Launched in 2023 by Imagine Thomasville, in partnership with the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education (GPEE) and the Thomasville Community Resource Center (TCRC), this Workforce Plan aims to enhance the region’s labor force and economic vitality. The plan focuses on five key areas in the birth-to-work pipeline:

• Early Education and Child Care
• Literacy by Third Grade
• Pathways to Post-Secondary Study
• Work Barriers to Employment
• Communication and Relationship Building.
